Cancellation Policy

At knickknack, we understand that plans can change. Our Cancellation Policy is designed to provide flexibility while ensuring a smooth process for all customers.

knickknack offers a 7-day cancellation policy for all online and in-store purchases. This means you have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a cancellation.

The following items are eligible for cancellation:

• Unopened and unused items in their original packaging with all tags attached are eligible for a full refund.
• Opened items may be eligible for store credit or exchange, at our discretion.
• Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Clearance' are not eligible for cancellation or exchange.

To initiate a cancellation:

• For online purchases: Contact us via email at hello@knickknack.online within the 7-day cancellation window. Include your order number, the items you wish to cancel, and the reason for your cancellation. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
• For in-store purchases: Cancel items at our location at 42, Cycle Market, Jhandewalan Extension, New Delhi 110055, India, within the 7-day cancellation window. Please bring your receipt with you.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the cancelled item(s) back to knickknack.

For online purchases, we offer free pickup from the delivered location.

Once we receive your cancelled item(s) and verify that they meet the cancellation criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

For in-store purchases, refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

This cancellation policy applies only to purchases made from knickknack. Items purchased from other retailers or through third-party marketplaces may have different cancellation policies.

We reserve the right to deny a cancellation or exchange if the item(s) are not cancelled in accordance with this policy.
