2. Delivery Timelines
We strive to deliver your order within 7 working days from the date of booking, subject to successful payment realization and product availability.
In Delhi NCR, we deliver items within 0–1 day.
The Company shall not be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, provided we take all necessary steps to meet the mentioned timelines.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the toys and games in your order. The displayed price is the final shipping cost.
Currently, we charge ₹2000 for delivery across India. Prices may vary depending on the product and location.
For select toys or games, additional shipping charges may apply due to size, weight, specific requirements, or delivery to non-serviceable pin codes. We will communicate any additional charges, and you may cancel your order with a full refund if you choose not to proceed.
4. Multiple Product Orders
If you order multiple toys or games in one transaction, we will endeavor to ship all items together. However, due to product characteristics or logistics issues, items may be shipped separately.
You may choose different addresses within the same pin code for each product during checkout.
5. Pincode Verification
Check serviceability by entering your pin code on the product page. Your shipping address pin code will be verified before adding toys or games to the cart.
If your pin code is non-serviceable, please provide an alternate pin code or contact us to check availability through alternate courier services.
6. Non-Serviceable Areas
For non-serviceable areas, enquire about delivery options by contacting our customer service at 011-43551751 via phone or WhatsApp. If delivery is possible through an alternate courier, we will inform you of any extra shipping charges.
7. Delivery Partners
Product delivery is handled by reputed courier service providers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your toys and games across India.
8. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email/SMS with a tracking link to monitor its progress.
You can also track your order by logging into your knickknack account and visiting the “My Orders” section.
9. Damaged or Missing Items
If your toy or game arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@knickknack.online with photos and your order ID.
We’ll arrange a prompt resolution or replacement as per our Return Policy.
10. International Shipping
Currently, knickknack ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping for our toys and games at this time.
